The operating principle of TELESCAN, designed by Didier Leclercq, is implemented in the 70's with some of his handcrafted pieces for the needs of particular shows, often from Levron profile spots be placed on which kind of mirrors controlled remotely .
The first TELESCAN as an apparatus actually built is the Mark-1 model.
It is designed from 1979 and will be presented in its major version in 1981 in a company called "Cameleon " .
With the projector and then the following models range Téléscans , Cameleon wrote the main pages of the automated lighting history.
I only have very few units of Mark-1, including the one shown on this page, part of the first Mark-1 Téléscans, released in the start of 1981.
